An initial registration fee of £400 is payable upon instruction. This fee is deducted from our final invoice but is unfortunately not refundable under any other circumstances. This fee covers registration with Collingwoods Ltd for one year.

Our success fee will then vary depending upon which level of service you choose.

Level 1
This level of service will search for and locate a property for you but leave all negotiation and move management to you. Once we have found a property you wish to make an offer on we will leave everything else to you. For this level of service a fee of 1% of the property's asking price (less the registration fee) is payable. Should you make an offer on more than one property that Collingwoods Ltd have sourced, the success fee will be 1% of the higher asking price (less the registration fee).

Level 2
This level of service will find you a property but in addition, will negotiate a price with the agent and then follow the sale through to exchange, dealing with solicitors and estate agents on your behalf and keeping you fully informed at all times. For this level of service a fee of 1.5% of the property's asking price is charged (less the registration fee). We do not charge a percentage of any reduction in the asking price that we achieve (as many relocation agents do), as we do not feel that this is a fair charge.

For rental properties, our success fee is one months rent.
